A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Senior CX Researcher to join its Design & Customer Experience team. In this role, you will lead quantitative research efforts, apply advanced methodologies, and collaborate with diverse teams to drive data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field, with at least 6 years of research experience, fluent in English, and knowledge of additional European languages being an advantage. The position is based in Spain with flexible hybrid working options.
