Position Title: Software Engineer

Grade: 9
Position Summary:
The position will be a Staging and Support SW Engineer for Hospitality Installations.
The Staging process will include the complete installation of customer’s stores (hardware and software) in the Staging facilities prior to installation on site, including documentation, checklist, and QA tests.
Support will include answering phone calls from field technicians, partners, or customers and providing the necessary support to successfully complete installations. The SW Engineer must have the capacity to complete remotely all configurations and installations needed to resolve any issues.
Responsibilities:
- Complete warranty management for all hardware (RMA)
- Control and management of warehouse stock
Basic Qualifications:
- High School degree (Technical)
- Advanced Knowledge of I.T.
- Desirable Knowledge of Aloha software or similar applications
- Complete NCR hardware warranty management
- Good management of customer applications
- Knowledge of Hospitality NCR hardware, POS, Tablet, Printers…
- Able to provide remote support to engineers on site
- High ability to communicate with our CE, as well as with partners and customers
- Ability to manage emergencies and problems remotely
