As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you play a decisive role in the growth of 360Learning's business and will join a team of 5 KAMs (Mid-market). You will be responsible for around 100 accounts, with existing customers ranging from 100 to 2,500 employees.
At 360Learning, the KAM role is 80% sales-oriented, with the goal of developing your portfolio and generating growth. You will collaborate closely with Client Success Partners and internal experts (digital pedagogy, platform structuring, IT) who oversee client project monitoring and execution. Working with these teams will be essential to succeed in your upsell initiatives.
