As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you play a decisive role in the growth of 360Learning's business and will join a team of 5 KAMs (Mid-market). You will be responsible for around 100 accounts, with existing customers ranging from 100 to 2,500 employees.

At 360Learning, the KAM role is 80% sales-oriented, with the goal of developing your portfolio and generating growth. You will collaborate closely with Client Success Partners and internal experts (digital pedagogy, platform structuring, IT) who oversee client project monitoring and execution. Working with these teams will be essential to succeed in your upsell initiatives.

We aim to retain top talent and encourage internal mobility after 2-3 years of success, fostering fulfilling career paths. This Mid-role KAM offers the potential to advance to a Large KAM position managing clients with 2,500 to 10,000+ employees. Within the first month, you will:

  • Become proficient in Trello and familiarize yourself with our product
  • Learn to navigate Convexity, our working environment
  • Meet various teams at 360Learning
  • Complete your onboarding process

Within 3 months, your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning your customer portfolio
  • Mapping accounts and defining growth strategies, including prioritization (tiering)
  • Collaborating with Client Success Partners to gather relevant client information for upselling
  • Preparing account reviews to identify development opportunities
  • Conducting presentations and demos of 360Learning
  • Completing the handover of your portfolio and closing 30-50K € of new ARR in your first quarter

By 6 months, you will:

  • Ensure accurate activity reporting with your coach to optimize forecasting
  • Proactively improve business processes
  • Write complex business proposals and negotiate deals
  • Close 65-85K € of new ARR in your second quarter

At 12 months, you will:

  • Prepare for contract renewals
  • Develop action plans for upselling
  • Manage the entire client relationship
  • Aim to meet your annual targets

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Over 3 years of experience in account management or sales roles, with a focus on revenue generation
  • Experience in SaaS environments
  • Experience working in fast-growth start-up or scale-up settings
  • Active listening skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English (US/UK) and French (B2 level or equivalent)
