As part of the project to introduce a document management system, the following full-time position is to be filled in the Computer Center, Weihenstephan Campus (Freising) :

IT Administrator (m / f / d) - ECM / DMS

The position is permanent.

Your area of responsibility :

You will strengthen a team for the digitalization and automation of business and service processes in a heterogeneous IT environment. You will mainly focus on solutions for document management and digital workflow management and will be primarily responsible for the following tasks

• Installation and administration of selected on-premises systems in the university data center or administration of cloud-based solutions
• Mapping of core processes and workflows on the appropriate application platform
• Optimization and further development of the systems
• User support for the systems provided

Your profile :

• Several years of experience in the administration of client and server applications
• Broad knowledge of current technologies, in particular the administration of servers, cloud solutions, databases and application interfaces
• Very good written and spoken German (at least language level C1)
• Strong awareness of IT security and data protection requirements
• Knowledge of a programming language is an advantage
• Independent, structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working

Recruitment requirement :

You have

• a successfully completed university degree in the Diplom-Verwaltungsinformatik (FH) program or
• a successfully completed university degree (Diplom (FH) or Bachelor) in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of study or
• successfully completed vocational training in the field of computer science, e.g. as an IT specialist (m / f / d), IT clerk (m / f / d), etc., and already have some relevant professional experience or
• vocational training with subsequent further training as a state-certified technician (m / f / d) with further training in the IT sector and several years of professional experience in the IT sector

Notes :

The position is to be filled at the earliest possible date. Payment will be made in accordance with the provisions of collective bargaining law, subject to the personal and collective bargaining requirements up to pay grade E 12 TV-L. For applicants who are already civil servants (m / f / d), a position up to grade A 12 BayBesO is likely to be available. If the personal and legal requirements are met, non-civil servant applicants (m / f / d) will be offered the prospect of being taken on as civil servants. In principle, the position is also suitable for part-time employment, taking into account the requirements of the service.
