A Snapshot of Your Day Step into a high-impact role at the center of Siemens Gamesa’s Onshore turnaround journey. As Project Manager Culture for Onshore Strategy Implementation, you will partner closely with the Head of Strategy Implementation Onshore and be tasked with strategic and confidential projects. You will lead mission-critical projects, initiatives, and analysis to turnaround and transform the business across Onshore, working across organizational levels to shape actionable strategies that accelerate the business transformation. This is a role where judgment, ownership, and the ability to navigate complexity are essential—and where your contributions will directly influence the future direction of the business.
