The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for approving and implementing changes and updates in projects. They serve as the main contact between Project Managers (PMs) and Senior Program Managers (SPMs). The SPM regularly meets with clients to understand their project requirements and ensures delivery meets their needs. They collaborate with the Senior Program Manager to assemble project teams with the best fit for each role.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee individual projects and set daily production reporting methods.
2. Review key data and compile timekeeping records for management approval and submission.
3. Drive Lean implementation within the team.
4. Conduct interviews for project management positions and participate in hiring decisions.
5. Provide project updates to clients and address process-level issues.
6. Work with PMs and SPMs to ensure proper coverage of duties within process flows.
7. Initiate and implement process changes, passing them to team members.
8. Identify and promote process improvements to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
9. Review End of Day (EOD) reports related to project processes.
10. Meet or exceed KPIs related to the process flow of the Senior Program Manager.
11. Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• College or university degree.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in online communication, project management, and data collection.
• Basic knowledge of PowerBI and internet-based platforms.
• Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
• Strong leadership qualities, including feedback, delegation, and confidence.
• Ability to understand and give clear directions, perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Organized, focused, and capable of working independently within a team environment.
