Customer Support with Arabic (Interpreter) Dals is currently seeking Arabic speakers to join our telephone / video interpreting service. Do you speak English and Arabic? Then we would like to hear from you!

Who are we?

Dals is a language service provider working with Public and Private sector clients, e.g., local councils, universities, hospitals, charity organizations, and international corporations. We help non-English speakers access essential services, such as medical care, by providing interpreters of over 512 languages and dialects.

You will provide accurate telephone / video interpreting for our clients and non or limited English speakers, enabling effective communication of important information. This is a highly rewarding opportunity; you will need to be able to think on your feet and demonstrate excellent linguistic skills.

Types of calls include but are not limited to:

1. Medical appointments
2. Meetings with public officials
3. Legal matters and immigration meetings
4. Social services
5. Child protection appointments

This role is completely flexible—you can choose when and for how long you are available. You simply log into our telephone and video interpreting app. As this is a freelance opportunity, you will be responsible for your own tax payments.
