Job Title: OEM / Renewables Sales Representative

Role Overview

As an OEM / Renewables Sales Representative, you will leverage your curiosity and collaborate with innovative teams worldwide. Your primary focus will be to grow sales within your assigned territory for the OEM / Specialty division of the Electrical Markets Division, working closely with key distributor partners. Residency within the territory is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Territory Management: Effectively manage your assigned territory and accounts, set and achieve sales goals, develop strategies, and adjust business plans as needed to meet annual targets.
  • Sales and Marketing: Use the sales process to maximize revenue, demonstrate product knowledge, utilize social selling tools, and support distributors and customers with product and application training.
  • Coordination and Planning: Organize your time and resources efficiently, adhere to budget guidelines, and plan communication strategies.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate account information, manage sales support materials, and report market conditions and competitor activities.
  • Leadership: Exhibit leadership qualities, collaborate with team members, and potentially mentor other sales representatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (verified prior to start)
  • Minimum three years of sales experience in a relevant environment
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, five years of electrical experience, and strong computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Salesforce.

Additional Details

Location: Remote based in Minnesota. Travel may be up to 40% domestically. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Compensation range: $141,150 - $172,517, plus benefits. The specific offer depends on experience and qualifications.

This position requires driving a company vehicle, with ongoing review of motor vehicle history.
