The Cloud & IT DevOps Lead is a key asset and enabler for AXA Partners business transformation.

As the Cloud & IT DevOps Lead for AXA Partners Spain, you will define and drive the architecture in the local IT domain, with the objective to make an agile, simple, reliable and cost-effective Information System, to foster innovation, and to reduce the technical debt while progressing on the alignment to the AXA Partners one stack strategy.

Dimensions of the role :

You will be leading all the architecture activities, cloud architecture definition and all technological decisions regarding transformation and target ecosystem adoption for the whole AXA Partners Spain IT landscape.

You will put the customer at the heart of everything you do.

You will be working in a close collaboration with the CIO and be a key partner for Ops, Networks, sales, marketing and other business units.

You will report to the head AXA Partners Spain CIO at local ExCom.

• The Cloud & IT DevOps Lead will be accountable for local target architecture definition and alignment with global architecture team, and in line with Global CTO for AXA Partners. Cloud & IT DevOps Lead will also be accountable of DevOps set up, cloud architecture and as well will be accountable of the technical excellence of application teams delivery. Finally, Cloud & IT DevOps Lead will be accountable of the delivery of the application landscape transformations such as M&H CMS or eCommerce.
• Lead application teams (12 internal FTE plus external consultants) to deliver IT landscape transformation to better serve our business ambitions.
• Engage with central teams to coordinate and align the delivery done by both local and central teams in the context of IT landscape transformation.
• Lead the identification of duplicate, re-usable and sharable services through the portfolio of transversal initiatives and applicative rationalization plans.
• Foster a cost-effective and agile delivery of IT services through established and shared guidelines, standards and principles.
• Play an active role in the IT and architecture governance (strategic planning and architecture review board).
• Lead and participate in initiatives within the global AXA ecosystem and architecture community.

• 10 years of experience in IT with a strong experience in Enterprise and Cloud Architecture.
• Experience working in application teams.
• Experience leading change in large, complex, multinational, multicounty, matrixial organizations.
• Familiar on implementing CI / CD in Azure DevOps.
• Capability to inspire on new technology adoption and able to evangelize both technical can business teams.
• Familiar with implementation of AI systems, such sGPT APIs, RAGs or Azure Cognitive services.
• In-depth knowledge of IS / IT best practices, architectures and data technologies.
• Strategic thinking & planning, systemic / big picture approach.
• Functional and technical expertise in engineering systems design and analysis.
• Good knowledge of agile and DevOps practices.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff.
• Capacity to adapt quickly to changes and learn in all circumstances.
• Disciplined in the execution and ability to synthesize.
• English language : professional working proficiency (mandatory).
