Una startup tecnológica en Madrid busca un Gerente de Planta con experiencia en la gestión de operaciones en plantas de reciclaje. El candidato ideal tiene más de 10 años de experiencia, un título en Ingeniería Industrial, y debe poseer un nivel de inglés B2 o superior. Las responsabilidades incluyen supervisar operaciones, entrenar al personal y garantizar la calidad y seguridad de los productos. Esta posición reporta directamente al CEO y requiere una mente proactiva para la mejora de procesos.

Formación

• Título en Ingeniería Industrial o campo técnico relacionado.
• Al menos 10 años de experiencia gestionando operaciones en plantas de reciclaje/manufactura.
• Fuerte conocimiento de procesos de manufactura, control de calidad y regulaciones de seguridad.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar operaciones diarias, gestionar métricas de rendimiento.
• Dirigir y capacitar al personal, fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo.
• Garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro y cumplir con las regulaciones ambientales.

As a Recruitment Consultancy, we are looking for a PlantManager with solid experience in managing production teams, someone who enjoys being hands‑on with daily operations and is a proactive leader when it comes to improving processes and proposing solutions on the factory floor.

The position is based 30 minutes from Murcia, SPAIN, and reports directly to the CEO.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Supervise daily operations, manage performance metrics (production, quality, safety), and coordinate two plants with over 100 employees.

Lead and train personnel, foster a positive work environment, and build strategic relationships with industry OEMs.

Ensure products meet quality standards, conduct audits and, and address quality issues.

Guarantee a safe work environment, enforce environmental regulations, and conduct safety training.

Identify areas for process and efficiency improvement, apply lean manufacturing principles, and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Manage budgets, optimize resources and inventories, and prepare performance reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical engineering field.
• At least 10 years of experience managing operations in recycling production / manufacturing plants.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with lean practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
• English level B2 or higher.
