Vicomtech is a private Applied Research Centre specialized in Artificial Intelligence, Visual Computing, and Interaction, located in Donostia-San Sebastian and Bilbao, with a strong national presence in applying cutting-edge AI technologies across multiple sectors. We are members of the Basque Research and Technology Alliance (BRTA) and GraphicsVision.ai, an international network specialized in Computer Graphics.

We are looking for two individuals with IT knowledge and experience to join our teams at our Bilbao and Donostia headquarters. If you have experience in systems and networks, you could be the person we are looking for.

• Maintenance and supervision of computer equipment.
• Installation and deployment of software and applications.
• Network, computer, and server security.
• User administration.
• Support in process automation and deployment of environments using DevOps tools and Docker containers.
• Management and maintenance of virtualization platforms.

• Advanced Vocational Training in Computer Science or Telecommunications.
• Knowledge of WAN, LAN, and VPN networks, Linux server administration, Microsoft Active Directory.
• Knowledge of programming.
• Experience with On-Premise and Cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS).
• Experience with DevOps environments, continuous integration, and deployment (CI/CD).
• Experience with Docker containers and image management.
• Knowledge of virtualization clusters.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluency in Basque and English is a plus.
