Our client, a leading real estate company in Marbella, is looking for a bilingual Lead Generation Manager to work in their Marketing Department. Are you interested in new technologies and are you data orientated?

The Lead Generation Manager will design and execute lead generation campaigns, implement automated workflows, integrate tools and systems through programming, and create detailed reports to ensure full traceability and optimization of the marketing funnel.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing automation and growth marketing.
  • Proficiency with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4.
  • Ability to work with REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.
  • Intermediate programming skills (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
  • Familiarity with databases and basic SQL queries.
  • Experience implementing generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.).
  • Previous work in B2B, SaaS, or long-cycle sales industries is advantageous.
  • Experience building dashboards with Power BI or data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset, self-starter, and results oriented.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy & Campaigns:
    • Plan and run high-performance lead acquisition campaigns (PPC, social media, email, SEO, etc.).
    • Use generative AI and predictive tools for segmentation, copywriting, and campaign personalization.
  • Automation & Programming:
    • Build automated workflows for email nurturing, scoring, and follow-ups using tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, or Make.
    • Develop bots or scripts for automated responses (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger, website chatbots).
    • Integrate data from web forms, CRM, ad platforms, and internal systems via APIs, webhooks, or custom connectors.
  • Lead Management & Funnel Tracking:
    • Design and document the end-to-end digital lead funnel, from capture to sales handover.
    • Create real-time dashboards using tools like Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar.
    • Ensure full visibility and traceability of all leads and funnel stages.
  • Metrics, Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Track and analyze KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, MQL/SQL ratios, LTV, and ROI.
    • Conduct A/B testing, funnel analysis, and propose data-driven improvements.
    • Document processes and provide performance reports for senior management.

Package:

Office based in Marbella with possibility of hybrid working.

Salary range: €30,000 to €40,000 gross plus target-based incentives and bonuses

Hours: Monday to Thursday -9am-6pm, Friday-9am to 3pm
