We are seeking an ambitious, experienced, and service-oriented Concierge Services Manager to oversee and enhance our concierge offerings. This role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences and supporting service growth. The ideal candidate has a background in luxury client services, guest relations, or hospitality, and performs well under pressure with energy, independence, and professionalism.

This is a fully remote role under a consulting contract, with occasional travel to Switzerland or partner venues.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-touch, exceptional concierge experiences for members
  • Research, organize, and confirm bookings for restaurants, clubs, events, and bespoke experiences
  • Provide curated, high-quality recommendations exceeding member expectations
  • Manage member requests and updates via CRM system
  • Coordinate daily concierge operations to ensure service excellence
  • Build and maintain relationships with venues, agencies, and partners
  • Onboard new partners aligned with our standards
  • Communicate professionally with members and partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve and expand the concierge service
  • Prepare reports using Salesforce and Microsoft Office to monitor needs and inform improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop value-added initiatives

Requirements

  • Background in hospitality, guest relations, luxury travel, or lifestyle management
  • Experience in concierge or lifestyle management preferred
  • Ability to serve high-net-worth individuals and meet their expectations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Calm, proactive, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Knowledge of global travel, fine dining, nightlife, and luxury trends
  • Digital skills including CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), Microsoft Office, databases
  • Energetic, self-motivated, eager to grow professionally
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
  • Impactful role in a dynamic small company
