We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand and grow our online presence.

What You'll Do :

1. Create and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
2. Develop engaging content to attract and retain clients.
3. Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and improve future campaigns.
4. Collaborate with the team on promotional materials and email campaigns.
5. Manage online reputation by responding to comments and inquiries.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends to keep our marketing strategies fresh and effective.
7. Assist with organizing events and virtual tours to showcase properties.
8. Update and manage content on our website and digital platforms.

What We're Looking For :

1. Experience in social media management or marketing, preferably in real estate.
2. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
3. Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing.
4. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media best practices.
5. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

1. Valid EU driver's license.
2. Flexibility for occasional evening / weekend work for events.
