How will you make a difference

• Produce engaging videos to advertise our app products on multiple platforms
• Ensure final videos meet the key points of a brief / storyboard
• Ensure videos follow ad specifications for certain platforms
• Add animation and effects following the best practice for performance marketing ads
• Edit the content after revisions from a Creative content specialist to achieve the quality of the final result
• Adapt video content for different languages
• Continuously discover, test, and implement new editing technologies, AI tools, and the industry's best practices to increase the efficiency of creative production
• Develop marketing vision skills for adapting the design to attract the potential audience

Requirements

• Proven at least 3 years of work experience in motion graphics, video editing, or a related field
• Solid experience with digital technology, AI tools, and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere, After Effects)
• A strong portfolio is required
• Proficiency in effects, animation principles, and composition
• Experience in using AI tools for video production
• Fluent English is required
• Spanish is preferred but not obligatory
• Figma is a plus
• Great time management skills, ability to work with weekly plans and meet deadlines
• Consistency in the work result, attention to detail, and openness to feedback
• Proactivity and creative & innovative mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of marketing trends for social media is a plus
