About the Role :

You'll play a crucial role in our marketing operations including creating both our standard identity packages for franchisees and creating totally out of the box advertising videos.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with franchisees to design marketing materials (signage, digital ads..) that meet brand standards.
2. Develop and produce unique, eye-catching graphics for traditional and social media advertising.
3. Ensure all visual elements, from marketing pieces to on-site signage, reflect the FunBox brand across all locations.
4. Edit and produce video content for social and digital platforms.
5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
6. Contribute creative input to the development of new marketing campaigns and concepts.
7. Oversee the creative aspects of new inflatable park designs, incorporating 3D animation.

Job Requirements :

1. 3+ years of experience using standard design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
2. Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
3. Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs for branding and advertising.
4. Understanding of franchise model and ability to work with different stakeholders.
5. Experience in 3D animation (a plus).
6. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all designs.

Unique Work Schedule : (Must support USA Franchisee timezones)

Monday-Friday 12 : 00-20 : 00 due to time zones in USA (Could be remote some days too)

Compensation : Depending on experience €1,200-1,600 / month + bonus

Experience : 3+ years but we will consider a recent graduate with no experience.
