The Associate Director, HR Project Management is responsible for providing leadership and project management around approved Global HR Projects / Programs. This role oversees the operational aspects of projects and serves as liaison between project management, key stakeholders, and HR functional owners. Directly or through a team of Project Managers, reviews status of projects / programs, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. The Associate Director, HR Project Management assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.

When required to report to a Fresenius office for in-person meetings, the closest office location will usually be selected.

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS :
Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree desirable.
