This remote role, based in Spain, entails providing sales and technical support for Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems. The Sales & Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for assisting customers with technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional customer service (OEMs). This role involves analyzing customer requirements, preparing and leading technical and commercial proposals, and providing detailed product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
