A prominent research group at the Autonomous University of Madrid seeks a First Stage Researcher for a project focused on bioengineering and environmental science. The successful candidate will engage in innovative tests involving biomass residues, contribute to biogas production research, and assist in the maintenance of analytical equipment. A relevant degree and a Master’s degree are required, with strong knowledge in analytical chemical processes valued.

Formación

• Experience in aspects related to biomass processes.
• Knowledge of chemical analysis and instrumental techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct tests of hydrothermal carbonization of biomass residues.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and scientific manuscripts.
• Maintain analytical equipment.

Offer Description

• Tests of hydrothermal carbonization of biomass residues
• Biological processes for the production of biogas and value-added products.
• Set-up and maintenance of analytical equipment.
• Preparation of reports, presentations and manuscript writing.

These functions are limited to the regional project with reference : TEC-2024 / BIO-177 - W2V-UAM.

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences or Biology.
• Master’s Degree.

• Experience in aspects related to the subject matter of the project.
