Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and fostering unique customer relationships. We are seeking a Data & Analytics Consultant.

Main responsibilities :

• Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design tasks.
• Data Integration: Collect data from various corporate databases and create effective, reliable ETL processes for data ingestion.
• Data Modeling: Design database models, table structures, and advanced dimensional schemes to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Perform descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive data analysis.
• Data Visualization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide visibility into business metrics.
• Utilize data visualization tools such as CRM Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI to present insights compellingly.
• Present findings to non-technical audiences and support / end-user training.

Requirements :

• At least 3 years of demonstrable experience with ETL processes.
• More than 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Salesforce CRM Analytics experience is a plus.
• High proficiency in English.
