Your contribution as Administrator Storage and Linux (m / f / d) :

You will work in IT operations in the administration of storage and server systems in the MDR infrastructure. This includes physical and virtual systems through to hybrid infrastructures in the cloud. You are responsible for :

• Configuration, administration, monitoring and maintenance of the existing storage infrastructure as well as for the further development of the required system landscape based on solutions from the manufacturer NetApp
• Configuration, administration, monitoring and maintenance of the existing Linux-based infrastructure, including the container platform based on it, as well as for the further development of the required system landscape

Your professional and personal profile :

• University degree in computer science or related disciplines or several years of professional experience in the field of IT operations or knowledge and skills acquired through a comparable professional career
• Several years of operational experience in IT infrastructure in the area of storage systems and Linux-based systems
• Very good written and spoken German skills

Ideally, you also have the following qualifications and characteristics

• Knowledge and experience :

in the operation and further development of storage infrastructures from the manufacturer NetApp

in the operation and further development of Linux systems

in the operation and further development of container infrastructures

• Communication enthusiasm and ability
• Ability to negotiate and compromise
• Ability to organize and coordinate
• Enjoy working in IT operations
• Good written and spoken English skills
