We are seeking a highly skilledML Engineerto join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience inmachine learning (ML)andGenerative AI, focusing on both thestrategic and tacticaldevelopment of AI solutions. You will architect and deploy advanced AI systems, particularly aroundGenerative AI, leveraging yourdeep technical expertiseto build innovative products, solve complex problems, and guide AI-driven strategies for the business.

Your role

As an ML Engineer your main responsibilities will involve

• Strategy Development : Collaborate with leadership to shape AI/ML strategy, with a specific focus onConversational AIapplications and opportunities that align with company objectives.
• Tactical Implementation : Design, build, and deployAIsolutions that drive innovation in product development and operational processes.
• Technical Expertise : Develop and optimize generative models for real-world applications; implement MLOps practices to ensure scalable deployment.
• Project Leadership : Lead the end-to-end process of AI projects, from ideation and prototyping to production and monitoring, ensuring integration with existing business systems.
• Generative AI Product Development : Spearhead the creation and integration ofGenerative AImodels for personalized experiences, content generation, or other innovative use cases in product development.
• Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to implement robust generative models, ensuring smooth integration into the product lifecycle.
• Emerging Technologies : Stay updated with the latest trends inGenerative AIcontinuously bringing new ideas for AI-driven innovation.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and technical mentorship to junior engineers on AI/ML best practices, with a focus on AI technologies.

Your Skills and Experience

As an ML Engineer your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models, with proven experience inGenerative AI.
• Expertise in Python and ML frameworks, anddeep learning architecturesfor generative models.
• Proven experience incloud platformssuch as AWS or Azure for AI solution deployment.
• Experience in developing products utilizingGenerative AI models, such as image generation, natural language generation, or synthetic data generation.
• Strong understanding ofML algorithms(supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) andGenerative AI techniques.
• Experience in scaling generative models and deploying them in production environments.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience inNLP,computer vision, and deployinglarge language models (LLMs)for content generation.
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning LLMs.
• Experience with MLOps frameworks and version control of models.
• Knowledge ofproduct design principlesusing AI and ability to drive cross-functional AI projects with a generative component.
