Amazon EU SARL (Spain Branch) seeks a Process Expert within the ACES Yard E2E Excellence team to own and drive initiatives transforming yard operations across Amazon's transportation network. You will design systems, standard work, and performance metrics to maximize compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

This role targets data-driven problem solving and influencing change without direct authority, across multiple teams and sites in Europe.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain management, engineering, business management or other relevant field.
Experience in process improvement.
Knowledge of analytic tools.

Responsabilidades

Process ownership: Map yard processes end-to-end, measure waste, and design solutions.
Problem solving: Conduct root cause analysis and design scalable rollout plans.
Benchmarking & standards: Create benchmark rates, establish standard work, conduct time studies.
Financial modelling: Build financial models for improvement initiatives and ROI tracking.
Stakeholder communication: Write business proposals and report project progress and risks.
Cross-functional partnership: Partner with operations, technology, and other Amazon units to deploy initiatives on-site.
Change management: Drive adoption of process changes using data-driven approaches.
