Amazon is seeking a Process Expert for the ACES Yard E2E Excellence team in Barcelona. You will own and drive lean transformations across yard operations, developing systems, standard work, and performance metrics to maximize compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement.

You will analyze complex operational problems with data, influence change across teams without direct authority, and design scalable solutions with strong ROI tracking and audit processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management, engineering, business management or other relevant field.
• Experience in process improvement.
• Knowledge of analytic tools.

Responsabilidades

• Process ownership: Map yard processes E2E, identify and measure waste, and design solutions that eliminate it — driving toward automation and operational excellence.
• Problem solving: Define problems, conduct root cause analysis (5-Why, fishbone, DMAIC), test and validate solutions, and design scalable roll-out plans with robust control mechanisms.
• Benchmarking & standards: Create benchmark rates across yard process paths, establish standard work, conduct time studies, and build audit processes to sustain gains.
• Financial modelling: Build clear financial models for improvement initiatives and collaborate with Finance to establish project-level reporting and ROI tracking.
• Stakeholder communication: Write business proposals tailored to diverse audiences, adjusting depth and style to the audience. Proactively communicate project progress, risks, and network impact.
• Cross-functional partnership: Build strong partnerships with operations field leaders, technology teams, and other Amazon business units to identify opportunities, share best practices, and deploy initiatives on-site.
• Change management: Drive adoption of process changes across the network without direct reporting lines, using data-driven approaches and scalable mechanisms to deliver within agreed timeframes.
