Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. seeks a Station PEx Manager to drive process excellence in our last mile network. You will standardize processes, partner with station management and the PEx team, and develop practical improvements to boost safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong data skills, SQL, Excel, and BI tools, with ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage audits and benchmarking across sites.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing and speaking).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical or business field.
• Experience in supply chain, transportation, project management or consulting.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process improvement initiatives and standardize best practices at the delivery station.
• Monitor logistics performance and drive actions to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Coordinate with station management, PEx team and stakeholders to implement changes.
• Audit processes, deploy process standardizations, and track benchmarking results.
• Manage day-to-day operations leadership during peak times and non-traditional shifts.
