GE Vernova'sWind Remote Operations Center is seeking a ROC Technical Lead to oversee offshore wind assets from a remote hub in Barcelona. You will collaborate with site teams and engineers to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation across commissioning and service phases.

You will monitor performance, analyse alarms, perform remote diagnostics, guide field teams, and drive continuous improvement while complying with safety standards and a rotating shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and other digital monitoring tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
