GE Vernova's Wind Remote Operations Center seeks a ROC Technical Lead to support safe, efficient offshore wind assets from a remote operations center in Barcelona, Spain. You will monitor turbines, analyze alarms, and guide commissioning and service activities to ensure reliable performance.

You will collaborate with site teams and engineering experts to detect, analyze, and resolve issues, driving continuous improvement while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on wind turbine or similar electromechanical systems in operation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting and field support.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with calm, structured approach under pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and EU work eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call during weekends and holidays.
