GE Vernova in Barcelona is seeking a ROC Technical Lead to oversee safe, efficient operation of offshore wind assets from a remote operations center. You will support commissioning and service phases, detect and resolve issues, and ensure turbines perform reliably throughout their lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on wind turbine experience in operational environments.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call weekends.
