GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for a Remote Operations Center in Barcelona. You will oversee the safe and efficient operation of offshore wind assets, driving performance from a remote hub and collaborating with site teams and engineers to resolve issues across commissioning and service phases.

Ideal candidates have engineering degrees, hands-on wind turbine experience, and strong diagnostic capabilities.

Formación

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent wind-energy experience.
Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments.
Fluent English (spoken and written) and willingness to relocate to Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
