GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for Wind Remote Operations to oversee safe, efficient turbine performance from a remote operations center in Barcelona. You’ll engage with site teams, diagnose issues, and drive continuous improvement across commissioning and service phases.

The role requires hands-on wind energy experience, strong technical communication, and willingness to travel up to 20% while relocating to Barcelona and meeting EU work eligibility. Fluent English is essential.

Formación

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in wind energy.
Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments.
Experience with reading and applying electrical schematics.

Responsabilidades

Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
