You will monitor offshore wind assets from a Remote Operations Center, diagnose issues, support commissioning and service, and drive continuous improvement. Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on wind energy sector experience and knowledge of wind turbines.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA systems and other digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; calm under pressure.
• Travel up to 20% of the time, EU work eligibility, and willingness to relocate to Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimization.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with on-call support during weekends and holidays.
