Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Madrid is hiring Account Executives to drive growth across multilingual markets in Europe. You will build and nurture long-term client relationships, qualify opportunities, and close deals in a KPI-driven environment.

The role offers a base salary of €30,000 with uncapped commissions, a permanent contract, a hybrid work model, comprehensive onboarding, clear career progression, Friday afternoons off, and generous vacation and benefits in a collaborative international

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Business Development, or Outbound Sales.
• KPI-driven sales environment experience.
• Candidates must already be based in Spain.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
