FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is hiring Account Executives to grow our client base across international markets, with a focus on building long-term relationships and meeting KPI targets. The role requires proficiency in English and one of the listed languages (German, Dutch, Polish, Czech).

You must be based in Spain and available for a hybrid Madrid office. The position offers a €30,000 gross annual base salary plus uncapped commission, a permanent contract, hybrid working, comprehensive

• 1–6 years of Sales/Business Development experience.

What We're Looking For

• C2 Proficiency or bilingual proficiency in one of the listed languages
• Professional English proficiency

• Comfortable working in a KPI-driven sales environment
• Candidates must already be based in Spain
