Job summary

FH Collective Academy is hiring Account Executives for its Madrid office. You will drive new business, manage client relationships, and work within a KPI-driven sales environment.

The role offers a €30,000 gross annual base salary plus uncapped commissions, a permanent contract, hybrid work, thorough onboarding, clear career progression, Friday afternoons off, and 22 annual leave days in a collaborative international setting. Based in Spain, experience in the Spanish market is valued.

Qualifications

• C2 proficiency or bilingual in one of the listed languages.
