FH Collective - Academy is hiring Account Executives for its Madrid office to expand our international markets. You will cultivate long‑term client relationships and drive growth in a KPI‑driven sales environment.

We offer a €30,000 gross annual base salary with uncapped commission, a permanent contract, hybrid working, onboarding, and clear career progression in a collaborative international setting.

Formación

• 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Business Development, or Outbound Sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a KPI-driven sales environment.
• C2 Proficiency or bilingual proficiency in one of the listed languages.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Based in Spain.
