Lingo-nova in Madrid is hiring Account Executives to drive growth in an international tech environment. You will develop new business, manage client relationships, and work in a KPI-driven sales setting, with a hybrid Madrid-based schedule.

We offer a €30,000 gross annual base salary plus uncapped commission, a permanent contract, hybrid model, onboarding, career progression, and generous leave. English proficiency and multilingual language skills are valued, with 1–6 years in sales preferred.

Formación

• 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Business Development, or Outbound Sales.
• Proficiency in English and one of the listed languages.
• C2 or bilingual proficiency in one of the listed languages.
• Based in Spain and able to work from Madrid on a hybrid basis.

Candidates must already be based in Spain
