Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in automotive warranty administration, aftersales operations, or service support.
• Strong understanding of warranty policies and dealer workflows.
• Cost control principles awareness.
• Good technical awareness of vehicle systems and repair processes.
• High attention to detail with analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process dealer warranty claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Validate labour operations and parts usage prior to approval.
• Ensure claims meet defined timelines and SLA expectations.
