Fábrica de Municiones de Granada (FMG) in Granada, Spain is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to own the end-to-end warehouse operations within a manufacturing setting where safety, quality, and efficiency are paramount.

You will lead the warehouse team, drive inventory accuracy, and ensure timely materials availability for production, leveraging ERP/WMS systems to optimize processes and compliance with industry requirements.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or supply chain
• Leadership experience managing warehouse teams
• Experience in manufacturing or highly regulated environments (defence or aerospace a plus)
• Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory management
• Communicative level of English
• Hands-on approach with excellent organizational skills and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping
• Ensure materials are available to support production on time
• Manage inventory accuracy using ERP/WMS systems
• Lead and develop the warehouse team
• Drive continuous improvement and warehouse efficiency
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and defence industry requirements
