Bigblue, a fast-growing logistics scale-up, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for its Tarragona, Spain site. You will be the on-site operational expert responsible for inbound, outbound, returns, and special operations, ensuring daily KPI adherence and fast issue resolution.

You'll work with 3PL partners, Atlas WMS, and cross-functional teams to solve problems, implement 5S and continuous improvement, and maintain high standards across the network.

Formación

• Strong interest in operations and willingness to be on the floor every day.
• Solid data literacy with Excel and KPI tracking.
• Clear communication and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Structured problem solving and reliability.
• English and local language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily KPI monitoring and address deviations with data-driven hypotheses.
• Support start-of-shift checks, tier meetings, handovers and follow-ups.
• Coordinate operational exceptions and merchant requests with clear communication.
• Be a key user of Atlas WMS, troubleshoot and onboard new users.
• Implement corrective actions for defects, delays, inventory discrepancies.
• Contribute to 5S, layout improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide reporting and share learnings to internal stakeholders.
