Werfen is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead safe, reliable maintenance in its Barcelona-area facility. You will oversee corrective, preventive maintenance and calibration, plus utilities and outsourced services.

Applicants should have 5+ years in regulated manufacturing environments, strong leadership, and fluency in Spanish or Catalan with advanced English for technical docs. SAP and GMP knowledge are highly regarded.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 5 years in maintenance, hard facilities or engineering management.
• Fluency in Spanish or Catalan; advanced English for documentation.
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO 13485-oriented practices and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Industrial Maintenance: corrective, preventive and calibration management for equipment reliability.
• Hard Facility Services: utilities, infrastructure and outsourced contractor coordination.
• Budget Control: define, monitor and optimize expenditures and resources.
• Technical Documentation Management: drawings, schematics, audit readiness.
