Job summary

Werfen is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead safe, reliable maintenance in its Barcelona-area facility. You will oversee corrective, preventive maintenance and calibration, plus utilities and outsourced services.

Applicants should have 5+ years in regulated manufacturing environments, strong leadership, and fluency in Spanish or Catalan with advanced English for technical docs. SAP and GMP knowledge are highly regarded.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
At least 5 years in maintenance, hard facilities or engineering management.
Fluency in Spanish or Catalan; advanced English for documentation.
Knowledge of GMP/ISO 13485-oriented practices and audits.

Responsibilities

Industrial Maintenance: corrective, preventive and calibration management for equipment reliability.
Hard Facility Services: utilities, infrastructure and outsourced contractor coordination.
Budget Control: define, monitor and optimize expenditures and resources.
Technical Documentation Management: drawings, schematics, audit readiness.
