FMG in Granada, Spain, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to own day-to-day warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and efficiency drive performance. The role requires leading a warehouse team, optimizing inventory control, and ensuring production materials are available on time.

English proficiency and hands-on problem-solving are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain.
• Leadership experience managing warehouse teams.
• Experience in manufacturing or another highly regulated industry (defence or aerospace a plus).
• Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory management.
• Communicative level of English.
• Hands-on approach, excellent organisational skills and problem solving in fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Leading day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping.
• Ensuring materials are available to support production on time.
• Managing inventory accuracy through ERP/WMS systems.
• Leading and developing the warehouse team.
• Driving continuous improvement and warehouse efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and defence industry requirements.
