You will lead a team of 6 and ensure accurate inventory, cycle counts, and safety compliance while coordinating with shipping and other stakeholders. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and experience with warehouse management systems. A forklift license is required, and the role is based on-site in Andalusia.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise receipt and inspection of incoming goods.
• Oversee storage, organization, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage picking, packing and dispatching of orders on time.
• Coordinate with shipping to schedule dispatches.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Lead a warehouse team of 6, including scheduling and delegation.
• Provide training and development for staff.
• Ensure safety and procedural compliance.
• Implement new warehouse systems and processes.
