English proficiency and hands-on problem-solving are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain.
• Leadership experience managing warehouse teams.
• Experience in manufacturing or another highly regulated industry (defence or aerospace a plus).
• Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory management.
• Communicative level of English.
• Hands-on approach, excellent organisational skills and problem solving in fast-paced environment.

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join Fábrica de Municiones de Granada (FMG) , a leading company in the defence industry.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and operational excellence are key.

Your Responsibilities:

• Leading day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping


• Ensuring materials are available to support production on time


• Managing inventory accuracy through ERP/WMS systems


• Leading and developing the warehouse team


• Driving continuous improvement and warehouse efficiency


• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and defence industry requirements

What We're Looking For:
