Job summary

Aleia in Barcelona is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team. This is a permanent full-time position with two consecutive days off each week, in a true fine dining environment delivering Michelin-level service.

You'll develop knowledge of the menu and wine and work closely with the kitchen to ensure flawless service, hospitality excellence, and memorable guest experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant preferred.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) essential.
• EU citizens or valid visa/work permit to work in Spain required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, attentive food and beverage service.

Must have

• Previous experience in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant is highly preferred
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is essential
• Spanish is valued, and any additional languages are considered a strong advantage
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Impeccable presentation, attention to detail and a professional attitude
• Applicants must be EU citizens or hold a valid visa/work permit that allows them to work legally in Spain
