Sani/Ikos Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Waiter for a seven-month assignment in Spain, covering Estepona and Mallorca. You will provide attentive, guest-focused service, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a hotel or fine-dining setting.

Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages as a plus. Hospitality experience is highly valued for this fast-paced, luxury environment.

Guest Interaction: Provide attentive and friendly service, taking orders and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.

Wine & Beverage Support: Offer basic wine and drink recommendations; coordinate with the sommelier for specialized service.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Cleanliness & Standards: Maintain a clean dining area and adhere to hygiene and safety protocols.

About you

You have previous experience working in a restaurant, ideally within a hotel or fine dining environment. You are fluent in English, while knowledge of an additional language is considered an advantage. You possess solid knowledge of food and beverage service, and familiarity with wine service is considered a plus. You demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, delivering attentive, polished, and guest-focused service at all times. A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism would further support your professional profile.
