SLS Barcelona is seeking an F&B operational intern to join the team. Under the Head of F&B, you will serve dishes and cocktails, greet guests by name, and contribute ideas to improve service and guest delight.

You must be enrolled in a hospitality degree, ready to start soon, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Fluent in Spanish and English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and by name, escort guests to their table, assist with seating and menu presentation.
• Serve food and beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
• Be knowledgeable about products available and suggest options to guests.
• Work with the team to keep service running smoothly and tidy for both table and bar service.

Under the guidance of the Head of F& B, you’ll be serving to our guests our delicious dishes and creative cocktails as well as thinking of new ways to improve our service and surprise our guests.Greet all guests warmly and by name, escort guests to their table, provide chair assistance for all guests, and menu presentation.Approach guest and collect information needed to assist with seat arrangements.Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.To serve food and beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.To be knowledgeable about products available.Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service.

Requisitos

What we are looking for. . .Possibility to sign an agreement with your school for a period of preferably 6 months. Currently enrolled in a bachelor´s or master´s program in Hospitality,or a related field. Availability to start as soon as possible. Ability to multitask, work in a fast- paced environment and have a high- level attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
