Sani/Ikos Group is seeking an experienced F&B Leader for a seven‑month assignment in Palma to oversee outlet operations within our luxury resort. You will drive service excellence, ensure brand standards, and optimize guest satisfaction across multiple outlets.

The role requires strong leadership, hands‑on management, and collaboration with culinary and bar teams, with a focus on cost control, revenue performance, and staff development in a high‑end hospitality setting.

Formación

  • Minimum of three years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage.
  • Experience managing multiple outlets or large-scale service operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, service-driven approach.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Excellence

  • Oversee or support outlet operations to ensure consistent service delivery, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand and quality standards.
  • Depending on outlet size, either hold full operational accountability for a smaller outlet or support the Outlet Senior Manager in directing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, financial performance, and compliance with standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations while fostering a culture of operational discipline and service excellence.
People Leadership & Team Continuity
  • Lead, coach, and motivate outlet team members to deliver consistent service quality and uphold brand standards.
  • Depending on outlet size, hold full accountability for recruitment, re-engagement, training, and performance management in smaller outlets, or support the Outlet Senior Manager in these areas for larger operations.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and motivating work environment that encourages engagement, development, and retention.
Financial & Business Performance
  • Contribute to the outlet’s financial success through effective cost control, revenue management, and adherence to budget targets.
  • Depending on outlet size, hold full responsibility for financial performance in smaller outlets or support the Outlet Senior Manager in monitoring results and implementing improvement actions in larger ones.
  • Ensure daily operational decisions align with profitability goals and divisional performance objectives.
Guest Experience & Service Quality
  • Ensure each guest receives personalized, professional, and consistent service in line with brand and resort standards.
  • Monitor guest feedback and service performance indicators, addressing issues promptly and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Maintain an active floor presence during service to guide the team, reinforce service standards, and support effective guest interaction.
Coordination & Communication
  • Ensure effective communication within the outlet team and with other departments to support smooth daily operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Outlet Senior Manager, Culinary, and Bar teams to align service delivery and operational planning.
  • Participate in daily briefings and management meetings, providing accurate updates on performance, staffing, and service priorities.
Accountability
  • Accountable for the daily operational performance, service quality, and team management of the assigned outlet.
  • Depending on outlet size, hold full accountability for results in smaller outlets or shared accountability with the Outlet Senior Manager in larger operations.
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance, financial integrity, and adherence to divisional objectives.
About you

You have a minimum of three years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage, ideally within luxury hotel or resort environments, and demonstrate the ability to successfully manage multiple outlets or large-scale service operations. You bring strong leadership and people management skills with a hands‑on, service‑driven approach, supported by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You possess an in‑depth understanding of luxury hospitality standards and service etiquette and are committed to building high‑performing teams while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Flexible, calm under pressure, and solutions oriented, you adapt easily to operational demands. You communicate fluently in English, with additional languages considered an asset, and a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
