Sani/Ikos Group in Spain (Mallorca, Estepona) is seeking an Outlet Manager for 7 months to lead the F&B operation across multiple outlets, ensuring service excellence and brand standards.

You will oversee daily operations, coach teams, manage costs and guest experience, and collaborate with culinary and bar teams. English required; hospitality degree preferred.

This temporary role offers meals, transportation support, and accommodation assistance, with a focus on luxury guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Three years of leadership experience in F&B, ideally luxury hotel or resort environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on, service-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee or support outlet operations to ensure consistent service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Direct daily operations, ensuring efficiency, financial performance, and adherence to brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations while maintaining service excellence.
• Lead, coach, and motivate outlet team members, recruiting and training as needed.
• Collaborate with Outlet Senior Manager, Culinary, and Bar teams to align service and planning.
