Sani/Ikos Group seeks a Front Office/Guest Relations Agent in Spain (Estepona & Mallorca) for a 7-month duration. You will warmly welcome guests, manage inquiries, VIP arrangements, and coordinate service across departments, ensuring an exceptional stay.

Fluency in English and a second language (Russian, German, or French) is expected, with hospitality software experience (Opera/Fidelio) and a hospitality degree. Training and strong career growth are highlighted in the program.

• Proven experience in a relevant position, preferably in a 5-star resort or hotel.
• Fluent in English and a second language (Russian, German, or French).
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism and knowledge of hospitality software such as Opera or Fidelio.

Whether as a Front Office and Guest Relations Agent or an e-Concierge team member, guest interaction is at the heart of what we do.

Responsibilities:

Guest Welcome: Greet guests warmly on arrival and ensure they feel valued throughout their stay.

Guest Support: Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

VIP Service: Assist with VIP arrivals, room arrangements, and personalized touches.

Coordination: Communicate guest needs and preferences to relevant departments to ensure seamless service.

Feedback: Collect guest feedback and follow up to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Standards: Maintain lobby and guest areas in line with hotel presentation and service standards.

About you

You have proven experience in a relevant position, preferably in a 5-star resort or hotel environment. You are fluent in English, as well as a second language (Russian, German, or French). You possess computer literacy and knowledge of hospitality software such as Opera or Fidelio. You hold a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism. Finally, you demonstrate strong communicative, interpersonal, managerial, and problem-solving skills.
